Known Issues
Some people have some trouble launching applications for the first time.
This issue is not specific to Stellar Blaster - it afflicts every iPhone application.
As you are probably aware, it's a good idea to reboot your device before running an application for the first time. To reboot your iPhone or iPod touch, hold down the power button for 10 seconds.
If you haven't rebooted after the installation and you're experiencing problems launching the application, please try the following remedial steps:
- Shutdown and restart the device. This works well for most users.
- If a shutdown cycle doesn't do the trick, uninstall the application (press and hold the application's icon until it starts to vibrate and press on the "X"). Reinstall it the same way you originally did (either from the AppStore application on the device or from iTunes on your computer). If that doesn't work, Uninstall again and install using the other method. Shutting down and restarting the device after uninstalling and before reinstalling will help as well.
- Should that not work, restore your iPhone/iPod's software using iTunes.
- If all fails, wait a couple of hours and try again. One user reported that he just walked away for a few hours and after that, it worked.
I will post more information as soon as it's available. Hopefully, I will be able to post a reliable procedure to fix the problem. If you experienced this problem and got the app running, please let me know what you did.
